My’s professional journey includes a Product Management Co-op at Cummins Inc., where she analyzed market trends to guide product development. Additionally, she worked at The Underground Agency as a Consumer Insights Analyst and Creative & Marketing Associate Apprentice, where she conducted user research and designed client projects.
"She has an endless well of creativity and know how. She is so driven but also one of the most humble, generous people I know. This doesn't even begin to do her justice and her absence will be felt deeply once she graduates" said Nicolette Meade, Assistant Director of the Center for Student Excellence at Haile College of Business.
My's experience extends to positions like a Shadow Apprentice at The Underground Agency, where she explored user behaviors, and a Digital Marketing & UX Researcher at PodScholars, enhancing a podcast platform's UX/UI. As a User Experience Designer at Era Design, My revitalized website designs, and as a Kentucky Delegate for UNITE 2030, she contributed to addressing global education challenges.
Her earlier roles include a KCV Innovation Fellow at Kentucky Commercialization Ventures, a Student Assistant and Recreation Student Assistant at NKU, and a Content Creator for the Haile College of Business. Additionally, My was a Student Fellow at Know Rivalry, where she managed social media campaigns.
My’s educational background includes a high school diploma from Quốc Học – Huế High School for the Gifted. Fluent in Vietnamese and English, she holds certifications in UX design and has been recognized with several academic honors. My's diverse experiences and dedication make her a standout student with a promising future in marketing and technology.
